Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Limpio, a software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by ADDRESSHUB SAS, a company incorporated under the laws of Colombia, with its principal office at Carrera 21 #7-19, 2nd Floor, Bonda, Santa Marta, Colombia (“ADDRESSHUB SAS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

In this document, “Limpio” refers to the software/service, and “ADDRESSHUB SAS” refers to the legal entity responsible for providing the service. By creating an account, accessing, or using Limpio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Services

Limpio provides a cloud-based software platform designed for cleaning businesses and service providers to manage appointments, clients, invoicing, payments, and communication with their customers. Features may include, but are not limited to:

Customer and appointment management.
Work order and invoice generation.
Online billing and subscription management.
Review management and integrations with third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using Limpio on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree that all information provided to Limpio is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Merchant of Record

All payments for subscriptions to Limpio are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 08172165 and registered office at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom (“Paddle”). In some jurisdictions, payments may be processed by Paddle’s US entity, Paddle.com Inc.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means:

Your payment will be made to Paddle.
Paddle is responsible for billing, payment collection, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance with VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar regulations.
Paddle may appear as the seller on your bank or credit card statement.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

Subscription fees are listed on our website or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes at checkout.
All amounts are due in the currency displayed at checkout.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. If you require a refund, you should contact Paddle directly or through the link provided in your purchase receipt.

4.4 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Limpio account settings or by contacting Paddle’s customer support.

5. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

Use Limpio for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with the operation of Limpio, including through automated scripts, scraping, or reverse engineering.
Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.
Infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect violations of these Terms.

6. User Content

You may upload information such as customer details, appointments, or notes (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using Limpio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve our Services.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Limpio may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook Business). Your use of such integrations is subject to the third party’s terms, and you authorize Limpio to access and process data from those services as required for the integration.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Limpio (software, design, logos, documentation) belong to ADDRESSHUB SAS. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Limpio solely for your internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Limpio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The uninterrupted or error-free operation of Limpio.
The accuracy, reliability, or availability of Limpio.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ADDRESSHUB SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use Limpio in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

For clarity: ADDRESSHUB SAS is not responsible for any issues related to billing, refunds, chargebacks, or tax compliance. These are handled exclusively by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santa Marta, Colombia, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the website, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of Limpio after the effective date of new Terms constitutes your acceptance.
